On a mission to break down the barriers to healthcare innovation within the NHS, and abolish impostor syndrome within junior healthcare professionals, Michael is an NHS doctor and Associate CCIO of his local trust, but also the Co-founder and Managing director of Blüm Health Ltd, a rapidly growing digital health SME that collaboratively works with NHS trusts and Universities to design, build, and scale digital health software solutions, and empower clinical entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into a reality.

Marcia has been working as a senior manager within the private sector and healthcare for over 10 years, utilising her experience to support organisations in shaping and delivering transformational change and process redesign to create cost efficiencies and enhanced patient pathways within healthcare.
Marcia has widespread knowledge of operational transformation, project management, NHS clinical information and clinical systems, training and development, as well as staff and clinical engagement across general practice and various hospital divisions, including outpatients, surgery and medicine.

Bharti has been an NHS manager for over 12 years, with experience in Operations; Research; Transformation, and more. For the last 2 and half years she’s been working as the senior improvement manager at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
